Open daily, 6:00 AM–11:30 PM · Call or text (808) 636-9894

A modern key fob does a lot: it locks and unlocks the doors, pops the trunk and, on push-to-start cars, tells the vehicle it’s allowed to start. When it’s lost, cracked or stops talking to the car, you’re stuck. Mililani Key Solutions replaces and programs key fobs and smart keys at your vehicle, anywhere in our Oʻahu service area, so you don’t have to tow the car in.

How It Works

  1. Call or text (808) 636-9894 with the vehicle details and what’s wrong with the fob. Quotes over the phone are free.
  2. Proof of ownership. We check your ID and vehicle registration before making or programming any key.
  3. We come to your car, at home, at work or wherever it’s parked.
  4. Cut and program on-site. If your fob has a key blade, we cut it; then we program the fob to your vehicle.
  5. You drive away. The new fob is covered by our 30-day warranty on labor and parts.

Before You Call: Try the Battery

A weak battery is the most common reason a fob stops working. Many fobs open with a small slot or screw, and the coin battery is easy to swap. If a new battery doesn’t help, or the car still says “key not detected,” call us about key fob replacement.

Dealer or Mobile Locksmith?

A dealer usually needs the car on its lot and works on its own schedule. A mobile locksmith comes to you, which matters when you’ve lost every fob and the car can’t be driven. Our post comparing locksmith and dealer options for car keys goes deeper, and Toyota owners may find our guide to a lost Toyota key fob helpful.
