Car Lockout Service on Oʻahu

Open daily, 6:00 AM–11:30 PM · Call or text (808) 636-9894

It happens to everyone eventually: the door shuts, the locks click, and the keys are sitting on the seat. Maybe the engine is still running in the driveway, maybe the fob is in a beach bag in the trunk. Mililani Key Solutions is a mobile locksmith, so we come to your car wherever it’s parked on Oʻahu and get you back inside with the right tools instead of a coat hanger.

When to Call Us

  • Keys locked inside the cabin or the trunk
  • Engine running with the doors locked
  • A dead fob battery and no way to get the door open
  • A key that won’t turn in the door lock
  • A key that snapped off in the door
  • Lost keys, where you need a lockout and a new key in the same visit

If the keys are gone for good, we can also handle car key replacement on the same trip.

How a Car Lockout Call Works

  1. Call or text (808) 636-9894. Tell us where the car is, the year, make and model, and whether the keys are inside or lost.
  2. Get your options up front. Quotes over the phone are free, so you know what to expect before we head out.
  3. We come to you. Home, work, a shopping center lot or a beach park, it’s all the same to a mobile locksmith.
  4. We open the vehicle. We use proper automotive entry tools and work carefully around the door, glass and weather seals.
  5. Back on the road. If your key is damaged or missing, we can make a new one before we leave.

Our work comes with a 30-day warranty on labor and parts.

Safety First

If a child or a pet is locked inside a hot car, call 911 first. Emergency responders can act right away. Once everyone is safe, call us about the car lockout.

If you’re stuck somewhere unsafe, like the shoulder of a busy road, move to a safe spot nearby and let us know where you are waiting.

Tips to Avoid the Next Lockout

  • Keep a spare at home, in a known place, not in a magnetic box under the bumper.
  • Change fob batteries as soon as the range drops. A weak battery can leave a push-to-start car locked with the key inside.
  • Don’t leave the engine running while you step out for a moment. Many lockouts start with a quick errand.
  • Rental car? Call the rental company first; they may have their own roadside program.
