These terms of service explain how our website and our mobile locksmith services work. Please read them before you book a job with Mililani Key Solutions. When you call or text us for a job, or use this website, these terms apply.
Mililani Key Solutions is a mobile locksmith on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, doing residential, commercial and automotive locksmith work. Mililani Key Solutions is a trade name registered in Hawaiʻi.

We’re open every day from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, weekends included. We’re not open overnight. We serve Mililani (including Mililani Mauka), Waipiʻo, Wahiawā, Schofield Barracks, Kunia, Waikele, Waipahu, Pearl City, ʻAiea, Haleʻiwa and the North Shore, ʻEwa Beach, Kapolei, Makakilo, Village Park and Barbers Point. Quotes over the phone are free. A phone quote is an estimate based on what you tell us, so please describe the job, the lock or door, or your vehicle’s year, make and model as clearly as you can.
When our technician arrives, they look at the job and confirm the price with you on site. You sign the invoice before any work starts.
For home, business and vehicle jobs, we ask for an ID or any document that proves you live at the property or own the vehicle. For car key work, we check your ID and vehicle registration before we cut or program a key. If ownership can’t be confirmed, we can’t do the job. This step protects you and your property.
Please give us accurate information about the job and the location, and tell us about anything that could affect the work, like an aftermarket alarm on a vehicle. If a child or pet is locked in a hot car, call 911 first.
Our work comes with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The 30 days start on the day of service. If something isn’t right with work we did, call or text us at (808) 636-9894.
We accept payment by card or cash.
Cancellations. If you cancel after a technician has already been dispatched, you pay for the service call.
Refunds. We don’t give refunds. If a problem with our work is covered by our 30-day warranty on parts and labor, we fix it under the warranty instead.
